What's playing for #NationalParkWeek?
Parks and programs across the country will host a variety of special programs and events from April 19 to 27, 2025 in celebration of National Park Week. This year's theme is National Park Playlist, and daily events are inspired by music genres!

Saturday, April 19- Kick-off National Park Week with Junior Ranger Day
9:00 am-5:00pm at Mission San Jose, Find Your Ranger Scavenger hunt.
Pick up a booklet at the Visitor Center.
Monday, April 21 - Pop! Mission Era Weapons
2:30 pm - Program at Mission San José Visitor Center Theater- What weapons were used at the missions?
Tuesday, April 22 - Nature Songs
10:00am- Join a park ranger for a Yanaguana Nature Walk at Mission San Juan.
Wednesday, April 23- Rock with Limestone
10:00 am- 3:00 pm -Explore a Limestone Table at Mission Concepción
Thursday, April 24- Blacksmithing Metal into Rancho Brands
10:00 am- 4:00 pm - Meet a ranger at Mission Espada to talk about Blacksmithing and mission ranch brands.
10:00 am- 1:00pm - Blacksmithing in the Mission Era at Mission San José Visitor Center with Alex Ruiz
Friday, April 25 - Rhythm and Blues of Acequias
10:00 am - Acequia Demo at Mission San Juan Farm Fields
