Beat the summer heat by rolling over to one of these bowling alleys around San Antonio. It doesn’t matter if you’re on the quest for your first 300 or just looking for a fun outing with friends. This guide has all you need to stay out of the gutter and find the right bowling alley for you right in the city!

Astro Super Bowl

3203 Harry Wurzbach Rd. - Terrell Heights

Take advantage of some serious summer savings at Astro Super Bowl. In addition to regular league and tournament play, the 44-lane family-owned bowling alley advertises a summer bowling pass for June 2nd through August 1st. The pass lets up to five bowlers enjoy an hour-and-a-half of bowling Monday through Friday, starting any time before 4:00 p.m. for $99.95 before tax.

Oak Hills Bowling Center

7330 Callaghan Rd. - Oak Hills

With tournaments, leagues, and cosmic bowling, there’s a little something for every bowler at the Oak Hills Bowling Center. The family-owned center features 24 main lanes alongside eight VIP party room lanes available for booking. When you also factor in the pro shop and an advertised upcoming training center, Oak Hills has bowling attractions for each skill level and event.


Bandera Bowling Center

6700 Huebner Rd, Leon Valley

Look to Leon Valley for what’s advertised as the most bowling lanes in the San Antonio area at the Bandera Bowling Center. The center is home to a massive 56 bowling lanes as well as a cafe, bar, and pro shop. Of course, with that many lanes, there are league play options and tournaments. Kids also play for free all summer, making Bandera an ideal spot for a variety of events and activities.


Fiesta Lanes

1202 Huisache Ave, New Braunfels

This family-owned bowling destination in nearby New Braunfels features several intriguing promotions and bowling options, especially for kids. There are three levels of youth leagues offered on Saturdays in addition to an arcade area and a Summer Fun Bowling Pass that lets kids bowl two free regular games a day all summer! For the adults, there’s also leagues, a pro shop, and a bar/restaurant to enjoy as well as promotions like color pin Fridays, which pays cash prizes to bowlers who can get a strike on different colored pin combinations.
